Bishop's Visit & Confirmations
Details
Our Bishop, Terrell Glenn, will join us for worship on May 5th. He will be praying over those who are being confirmed, those being received into this congregation from another, those who are reaffirming their faith, and new members.
Our service will be both "as usual" AND a bit different. As a church, WE participate in the spiritual lives of those being prayed-over, promising to support and encourage one another as a community following Christ. And so we get to join in the unique promises made by those who are committing to following Jesus in THIS place and time.
